What is a live break?

A live break is the process of opening the product you purchased live on stream. If you participated in a Group Break, then the product (box, case, etc.) will be spread amongst everyone participating in the break. Usually, in sports, this will be by teams.

For example, the NBA has 30 teams and for each slot purchased, each participant will receive all cards from the team they got.

In Personal Breaks, you purchase the product, we open it for you and you receive the content.

Each Break will have clear instructions on how it works.

How does shipping work?

Every live break you purchase will be stored in a private compartment under your name and surname and/or nickname. You can participate in multiple breaks and all cards and product opened will be stored in your compartment. Whenever you would like, you can request your cards to be shipped out either over email (info@omenscollectibles.com) or our Discord server. Before shipping out, we will give you multiple shipping options so you can decide which one works best for you.

You are also able to pick up your cards in person in our store - Magic Omens - Zagreb, Savska cesta 144A, Croatia.

When will I get my cards?

To get your cards, you need to request shipping. Check out the Shipping page for more details.

When will the break happen?

Group Breaks happen when all the slots for the Break are bought. As soon as the slots are bought, you can expect the break to happen on the next live stream. We stream multiple times per week and if you're looking for more regular updates, join our Discord server.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping price depends on multiple factors: the amount of cards, insurance, speed, etc.

We ship internationally and worldwide.

When you request shipping, we will offer multiple options depending on what you would like best. Our shipping cost is usually very cheap compared to other alternatives.
