Every time you purchase a Group or a Private Break through our store, and after we open it on live stream, your cards and product will be stored in your private compartment at our offices. Your cards will stay there indefinite. Every time you make a new purchase, we will add your new cards in the same compartment and store them together. Meaning, every time you make a purchase, all your cards end up together.

If you would like to receive your cards, the next step is to contact us. You can request shipping by either sending an email to info@omenscollectibles.com or by joining our Discord Server and opening a ticket there.

How does shipping work and how much does it cost?

Well, that really depends on you. In general, we offer affordable shipping prices compared to the rest of the world. If you received an amazing card which you would like to insure and get fast, the shipping prizes will, of course, be higher. When you contact us, a staff member will reply back with multiple options on shipping and pricing and you can chose the one that works best for you! Shipping pricing starts with 5,00€ for worldwide shipping with tracking!

How do you open a Discord ticket to request shipping?

Once you're in our Discord server, look for the #request-shipping channel.

Inside, you will find a single button which says "Create Ticket". Just click it, fill out the information and a staff member will contact you on the newly opened Discord channel shortly.
